MINISTER CHRIS RHINEHART

Minister Chris Rhinehart is a passionate voice for restoration, healing, and wholeness. She is the co-founder of CPR Ministries alongside her husband, Bishop Paul Rhinehart, where their mission is to restore life to the lifeless through ministry, music, and media.

Minister Rhinehart is a Media Mogul, Speaker, Author, Gospel Recording Artist, and Spiritual Midwife. She is a preacher, teacher, and mentor whose heart beats for empowering women and equipping believers to walk in their God-given identity. She is the visionary behind Restoration Speaks, a discipleship movement designed to help women journey from brokenness to breakthrough by applying biblical truth. Through her books, workshops, and ministry, she has impacted lives with a message of hope and renewal.

She also serves faithfully at Solid Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church in Capitol Heights, Maryland, under the leadership of Bishop Gregory I. Rhinehart. There, she uses her gift of worship by singing on the Praise and Worship Team and in the choir, serving in ministry under her husband’s leadership.

A graduate of Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Biblical Studies, Minister Rhinehart combines academic training with real-life testimony to deliver the Word of God with authenticity, transparency, and power. Her gift is not just in speaking but in creating spaces for transformation, whether through writing, teaching, mentoring, or media.
